Introduction
Welcome to ShowMeLive, a live-streaming platform owned and operated by Emerging Technology LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShowMeLive platform ("Platform"). By using this service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use ShowMeLive.

1. Eligibility and Legal Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create and broadcast live content on ShowMeLive. By accessing the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Prohibited Content – No Nudity or Pornography
ShowMeLive strictly prohibits any form of nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material on its platform. This includes, but is not limited to: - Live or pre-recorded sexual acts - Sexually suggestive behavior - Display or exposure of genitals, buttocks, or female nipples - Content that violates public decency or local obscenity laws Creators who violate this policy will be permanently banned, and their accounts will be terminated immediately. ShowMeLive reserves the right to report such content to law enforcement and to take legal action if necessary.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All content streamed via ShowMeLive is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. - Creator Ownership: Creators retain ownership of their original content, while granting ShowMeLive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to host, display, and promote such content as part of the service. - Platform Ownership: The ShowMeLive brand, software, features, and backend infrastructure remain the sole intellectual property of Emerging Technology LLC.

4. Terms of Service and Licensing Agreements
By using ShowMeLive, users agree to: - Use the service in accordance with all applicable laws. - Not redistribute or sublicense streamed content without explicit permission. - Comply with licensing and performance rights regulations when broadcasting music, video, or performances.

5. Privacy Rights
ShowMeLive respects your privacy. - We collect only the information necessary to provide services. - We do not sell or share your personal data without consent, unless legally required. - ShowMeLive does not store any video or audio content after a live event ends, unless explicitly authorized.

6. Fair Use
Some content may qualify under the Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107), especially for education, commentary, criticism, or news reporting. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content qualifies and may be held liable for misuse.

7. Public Performance Rights
If you broadcast copyrighted works, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate Public Performance Rights. ShowMeLive does not provide blanket licenses and assumes no liability for unauthorized use.

8. Educational Streaming
Educational content is welcomed on ShowMeLive. It must: - Be presented for instructional purposes - Avoid infringement of copyrighted academic materials - Comply with all applicable licensing or fair use exceptions

9. Unauthorized Recording Prohibited
It is strictly prohibited to record, reproduce, or distribute any ShowMeLive content using: - Screen recording tools or software - External cameras or mobile devices - Any method intended to bypass anti-piracy technology Violators will have their sessions terminated, accounts banned, and may face legal action.

10. Termination of Service
ShowMeLive may suspend or terminate any user or Creator account that: - Violates these Terms - Streams unauthorized or prohibited content - Tampers with platform functionality - Engages in fraud, harassment, or abuse

11. Legal Remedies
Violations of these Terms may result in: - Termination of service - Takedown requests under the DMCA - Legal action for damages, including attorney’s fees - Injunctions or court orders as necessary

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal action shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
